A Career Defined by Strategic Reform Dr. Madan Gopal currently serves as the Advisor & Head – Public Health Administration at the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC). His career is marked by high-impact leadership roles, most notably as Senior Consultant (Health) at NITI Aayog, where he was a key architect of landmark initiatives such as the State Health Index.
His expertise spans the critical spectrum of modern healthcare, including:
- Evidence-based strategic planning and health system reforms.
- Performance measurement and national healthcare benchmarking.
- Capacity building and health governance.
