Healthcare Leaders’ Collective Foundation (HLCF) Inauguration Ceremony

The Healthcare Leaders’ Collective Foundation (HLCF)—a visionary forum of healthcare leaders, innovators, policymakers, and practitioners—successfully celebrated its Foundation Day and Inauguration Ceremony on 30th November 2025 at Park Plaza Hotel, Zirakpur.

The ceremony was graced by the distinguished presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Director General Health Services (Programs), Department of Health, Haryana, who formally inaugurated the foundation. The event also witnessed the presence of Guest of Honour, Prof. Vipin Kumar Koushal, Medical Superintendent, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.

In his keynote address, Dr. Kuldeep Singh emphasized the urgent need to bridge structural and operational gaps in the healthcare system. He highlighted the importance of collaboration among doctors, administrators, and private healthcare providers, while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Vipin Kumar Koushal underscored the growing importance of wellness, preventive healthcare, and early intervention, noting that these must become foundational pillars of the modern healthcare ecosystem.

Dr. Vandana Sharma, Founder & President of HLCF, unveiled the theme of the inaugural event—“आरंभ (Aarambh)”, symbolizing a new beginning and a collective commitment to advancing healthcare leadership.

Mr. Ravinder Pal Chawla and Mr. Vijay Sonam, Founders of HLCF, reiterated the foundation’s mission to foster leadership development, policy dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovation-driven initiatives aimed at strengthening the healthcare ecosystem.

The event witnessed participation from senior medical professionals, academic leaders, hospital promoters, and distinguished dignitaries representing leading healthcare institutions, including Indus Hospital, Park Group of Hospitals, Paras Hospital, Ujala Cygnus, Livasa Hospitals, Amcare Super Speciality Hospital, Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, Tagore Hospital & Heart Care Centre Pvt. Ltd., Uppal Neuro Hospital, Johal Multispeciality Hospital, Amandeep Hospital, IClinix Advanced Eye and Retina Center, Clearmedi Healthcare, and Kapil Eye Hospital.
